Note: the deadline for submitting a proposal has already passed. These forms are maintained here for informational purposes only.

Submit a proposal (or several) for Computers and Writing Online 2001! In case you haven't seen them, here are two items that will help you:

When you're ready, use the submission form for individual or group presentations to send us your proposal. The submission deadline was 31 January 2001.

If you have questions:

Send email to the C&W Online 2001 committee at onliners@nwe.ufl.edu.
If you are unable to make the form work:
Write to the committee at onliners@nwe.ufl.edu. Describing your difficulty with the form, or, if you prefer, simply email your proposal to that address.

If you must email your proposal:

Send your proposal in plain text (or ASCII) format, in the body of your message rather than as an attachment. Include the following essential information in your message:

  • The title of your session
  • The name, institution or company, email address, and postal mailing address of the designated coordinator for your session
  • The name, institution or company, email address, and postal mailing address of any co-presenters
  • A 300 word abstract of your presentation
  • Any additional comments or explanations you wish to make

After submitting a proposal:
  • You'll get an email confirmation of your proposal.
  • In February 2001, we'll contact you if your proposal is accepted.
  • We recommend you refer to the presenter to-do list to keep track of the additional information you need to get to us.
