How can I read my e-mail from home?
You have several options. You can get a copy of an e-mail program like Eudora or Mozilla Mail and configure them to read your NWE mail, or you can get an SSH client which will allow you to log in remotely and use Pine.

How do I forward my email to another address?
Select Change mail forward from the NWE menu, and follow the prompts. We have email forwarding help which may be useful.

What's the address for my NWE class listserv?
Your class listserv address takes the form of f01-XXXX@nwe.ufl.edu. To determine what address your course's list has, substitute your semester for the first three characters (Fall 2001 is f01, Spring 2002 is s02, Summer A 2002 is sa02, etc) and your section number for the XXXX. Learn more about this on our class listserv page.

I sent an attachment to my class list and it bounced. Now what?
Class lists have a size limit of 40k. Instead of using an attachment, upload the file to the NWE using file transfer protocol (ftp), and email your class list a link to the file.

How can I subscribe my home email address to the class listserv?
First, check with your instructor to make sure she approves. If she does, follow the directions on our majordomo page.

How can I print an email message?
See our printing summary page.
