Want to read your email remotely? You're not alone. The NWE help staff gets more requests for help with remote email than all other problems combined. Here's a summary of your options:

Forward your mail to another address you already read, such as your Gatorlink account. This is probably the easiest option.
Configure a mail client to read NWE email from home. We have some help on this process (just back up a page); CIRCA has a lot more details in their help pages. Remember, we can't help you configure your home computer, so please don't ask.
Use SSH (secure shell) and the Pine email reader to read mail. With that combination you can read and send email as much as you like.

Keep in mind that when sending mail, you need to use the SMTP address of your ISP, not our mail server (more on that subject).
