The NWE file manager has four basic areas of functionality. Three of them should be apparent in this window: the "File", "Selected", and "View" menus. Open the file manager now, by clicking on the NWE button at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "File Manager" from the menu. You'll see something like this:

Here's a list of the functions for each menu. Many of them are self-explanatory. Don't worry about learning all of them -- we'll cover the most important ones in the documentation on the next few pages. We'll also provide a comprehensive resource -- the last of these pages.

The right-button method is a bit handier, although it's hard to find by guesswork. Try this: click on one of your files or folders with the right mouse button. A menu should pop up.
