NWE Help: File Manager: Copy and Move
To move a file, select the file by clicking on it. Choose "Move to ..." from the Selected menu. A dialog box will pop up containing the name of the file. Type the new name of the file and click "Ok." You should see the new file name immediately.

To copy a file, select the file by clicking on it. Choose "Copy to..." from the Selected menu or press "Control-C". A window will pop up. Type the name of the duplicate file you are creating, and click "ok." You should see the duplicate appear immediately.

Rename text-entry box
To rename a file, select a file by clicking on it. Choose "Rename" from the Selected menu and then type the new name of the file (a text-entry box will appear below the icon for the file). Alternately, you may select the file and then click a second time on the name of the file to rename it.
