To apply color to the image:
Choose Image Edit > from the toolbar. Then choose color. The color options allow you to fill in the image with colors, place a border around your image, etc.

To fill in a section of the image with a specific color, choose Method >. Choose floodfill. Click on a color in the image that you want to have replace another color. Then click on the section of the image you wnat changed.

You can also change colors in the image by choosing Pixel Color > and one of the colors listed. If the color you desire is not listed, choose browser and search for its name. After you have chosen the color you want, click on the part of the image you want altered. The image will then change to this color.
