All classrooms have 30 instructor terminals and 1 instructor terminal. Maps below show the layout and relative scale for both floors.
Most rooms are arranged traditionally, with rows of terminals facing the front of the room. 105 is the exception.
| room number | classroom setup | terminal count | instructor terminal | whiteboard | screen | floor type | a/v | remarks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 105 | Terminals surround two large tables | seats count from the right of the instructor's station from 1 to 30, with every 5th monitor labeled. | Immediate left of door | South wall | West wall | One level | VCR/DVD Player and LCD projector | The shape of this room makes it ideal for seminar or studio model teaching. |
| 114 | Terminals in five rows, parallel to whiteboard and screen. Students facing terminals look away from whiteboard. | Count rows starting closet to the instructor and seats from the instructor's left to right. Aisle seats are -s3 and -s4, the back of the room is -r5, so the aisle seat on the instructor's right at the back would be 114-r5-s4. | Front of room, at left | North wall | North wall | Rows rise up from first level | VCR/DVD Player and LCD projector | Some noise from air handler. This is our "designated open room." The scanner is located here. |
| 115 | Terminals in five rows, parallel to whiteboard and screen. Students facing terminals look away from whiteboard. | Count rows starting closet to the instructor and seats from the instructor's left to right. Aisle seats are -s3 and -s4, the back of the room is -r5, so the aisle seat on the instructor's right at the back would be 115-r5-s4. | Front of room, at left | North wall | North wall | Rows rise up from first level | VCR/DVD Player and LCD projector | In afternoon, glare from the sun can be distracting. |
| 314 | Terminals in five rows, parallel to whiteboard and screen. Students facing terminals look toward whiteboard. | Count rows starting closet to the instructor and seats from the instructor's left to right. The aisle seats are -s3 and -s4, the back of the room is -r5, so the aisle seat on the instructor's right at the back would be 314-r5-s4. | Front of room, at right | South wall | South wall | One level | VCR/DVD Player and LCD projector | |
