Instructors are welcome to use our Rolfs Hall classrooms for screenings or workshops when classes are not in session. Just go to our classroom schedule page, find a room and time which is open, and email a short note to the NWE list (current-instructors@nwe.ufl.edu). Please include the date and time of your event.

If you have questions about reservations, please contact the NWE help staff before sending your message to current-instructors.

Generally speaking, we like for the first-floor labs to be used, since we lock the third floor at night. 114 is ideal: it's right across the hall from 115, which makes it more convenient for our lab assistants to keep an eye on things and lock up when you're done.

The lab assistant in Rolfs 115 can open the room for you. Please make sure all your students leave when you leave, and ask the lab assistant to lock the room after you. If you bring any equipment into the room (a laserdisc player, for example) please take it with you when you leave, and shut off all the NWE A/V equipment (video projectors, etc).
