The NWE machines will play animation files made with Flash. Please note the the NWE machines do not include sound, so no sound is available to complement the video files. Also, many other programs are either not installed or not available like RealMedia Player, Windows Media Player, and QuickTime (QuickTime was available, but Apple chose not to support Solaris so it's no longer usable in the NWE).

If you need to show a video in a non-supported format, please check with the IMAGE Lab to see about other ways of showing the video.
