1. To print from Adobe Acrobat, load the PDF you would like to print and click on the File menu and choose Print.. A dialog box which looks like the following will come up:

2. Select Level 1 under PostScript options. If you use any other level, it may cause the printer to freeze until the network admins can reset the printer (if the printer freezes, Contact NWE help staff).

3. If you press OK the PDF will print to the printer in the room from which you are printing. If it does not, make sure the printer command appears exactly as it does above, and try again.

Other options:

• To print a range of pages, click the From box under Print Range and type the range of pages you wish to print.
• You cannot print multiple copies of documents with Acrobat at this time.
• You can change the printing command to "lpr" and use the example print commands if you like, but we advise you leave the print command as the default.
