NWE Help: Printing: Clear Queues
To cancel a print job, press the "Cancel Job" button on the printer console. Do not power-cycle a printer in an effort to cancel a job! It will likely jam.
To remove the print job from the queue, open a shell and type the command lprm -Prol115 -, substituting the room number which corresponds to the printer you are using. All of your jobs in the selected queue will be deleted.
If the printer is flashing Processing Job and continues to do this for over a minute, try power-cycling the printer. If you continue to have problems, e-mail help@nwe.ufl.edu.
