Why can't I get a connection to the NWE with FTP?
Make sure you have the correct ftp address configured. The NWE address is ftp.nwe.ufl.edu.

I uploaded all my pages and images, but I don't see them when I go to the web.
When you upload work to the NWE, you must transfer all of your files that you want to appear on the web into your public_html/ directory. When you connect to the NWE by an ftp program like WS_FTP, you will see the public_html directory on the right. Double click on the directory to transfer your files into it.

After you have transfered all of your files, hit "reload" on your web browser. This will tell the browser to go back to the server where the files are stored and resend any new changes that have been made.
