NWE Help: XWindows: Fix Desktop
Occasionally, when someone logs into the NWE, they don't get the standard desktop, with the nifty green screen and NWE menu bar at the bottom.
If this happens, they have probably logged in to the "Solaris" desktop, which looks something like this:

To return to the NWE desktop, click the "Exit" button on this desktop, and answer yes to the logout dialog.
Then, at the login screen, click the "Options" button, then select "Sessions" and click on "NWE desktop." The logo to the right of the login screen should change. Now log in. You should get the standard NWE login screen from now on.
